- non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing, via email, within 14 days of receipt of the product. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
- download issues: it may happen that you are having problems while downloading the product. Please submit an email, describing the issue, within 14 days of placing the order. We will provide assistance for downloading within 3 days or will provide a full refund;
- major defects: although all the products are thoroughly inspected before release, unexpected errors may occur. Within 14 days of receipt, If your product is damaged, please attach a photo of the damage to the email reporting the problem. We will either provide a full refund or, at the customer’s discretion, will mail a replacement.
- product not-as-described: such issues should be reported, via email – with photo attached – within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, so we can correct the product description if required.
